YC partner Aaron Harris, YC CEO Michael Seibel and YC/MIT alum Matt Long will talk about what Y Combinator looks for in founders and how to build a successful startup. Q&A will follow.

On the speakers:

- YC partner Aaron Harris works closely with the fintech and insurance tech startups that go through YC. Prior to joining Y Combinator, he was the founder of Tutorspree, which went through YC in Winter 2011.

- As CEO, Michael Seibel advises startups and runs the YC's Ops team. Michael was the cofounder and CEO Justin.tv and Socialcam. Socialcam sold to Autodesk in 2012 and under the leadership of Emmett Shear, Justin.tv became Twitch.tv and sold to Amazon in 2014.

- Matt Long is on the Y Combinator software team. Prior to YC, Matt was a cofounder of Crocodoc (YC W10), which got acquired by Box. After Box, he worked at YC alum Plangrid as lead engineer.
